Is this issue intermittent or consistent?
Can you provide an example of the steps for how you’re scheduling a post?
Also, what version of WordPress and Edit Flow are you running?
It seems to be pretty consistent. I’ve tried creating a post both by clicking a + in a date on the Calendar as well as the standard “Add New Post”. And it seems to happen regardless of whether or not I first give it a different status or immediately schedule it.
Again, it stays as “Scheduled” even passed the scheduled date and time. If I open the post, then click to Edit the date and then OK (without changing the date at all), Update becomes Publish.
I’m using Edit Flow v0.8.1-alpha and WP 4.5.3.
Hrm. Sounds similar to the issues described here and here.
There was some work done on this bug for the next release.
If you have a development site you’re using to test plugins and themes, could you try installing the master branch of https://github.com/Automattic/Edit-Flow to see if that fixes the issue?
Just tried the next release with no luck. Any other ideas?
Hm, tough one. You’re definitely not encountering this issue with Edit Flow disabled, correct?
