Scheduled actions not working

I’ve had this issue for months now. I have to run these scheduled actions manually every day which is ok since the site is working. But I’ve noticed when new users create an account their automatic emails are not being sent either.
It could be an issue with Action Scheduler’s endpoints being blocked. We use Wordfence for our firewall. Is there a step I’m missing to whitelist these? Is there a recommendation for running the crons manually?

I tried adding it to the whitelist, but I’m still getting the same issues. It’s possible I added it wrong. I put in the hook in the whitelist. Is there something else I’m supposed to add?
