Schedule export for quarter every year

Hello,
what’s the easiest way to repeat a task forever? Like an option that I can simply check to repeat an export every year at the same date.

I need to create 4 export for every end of quarter and get an email sent the next day the quarter ends. Obviously wouldn’t want to add every year manually.
Is there a way a to do that? If not would be good to have.
