First on the “Display Options” section make sure you set display show images to yes.
Set your date format to 02/09/2016
Try temporarily changing your theme to WordPress default Theme 2016 or 2015.
Check for conflicts in your admin with the plugin enabled if none try disabling your other plugins except JOAN then enable them one at a time each time checking to see if the problem fixes.

I tried your suggestion and nothing worked. The only thing that is working is the Off Air Message.
I don’t know if this matters but we are using WP Multisite.
The plugin was developed with single site use in mind and has never been tested with WP multisite.
