Just replace the Scarlett logo with your own by uploading a new logo.jpg to your theme’s /images/ folder.
/wp-content/themes/scarlett/scarlett/images/logo.jpg
Btw, your theme is double nested, theme directory should be
/wp-content/themes/scarlett/images/logo.jpg

Use FTP upload – FileZilla or the FireFTP plus other free FTP applications
sorry still dont understand, where do I go to upload it on my websites dashboard ?
Add your Own LOGO in Library, clicking Add New Link in Library Options,
copy its URL for future reference
Now, click on “Editor” in “Themes” Option, choose ‘stylesheet.css’
Find “logo.jpg” & replace with Your LOGO’s URL, copied earlier.
