scaraori.com and site hack

    We had or blog hacked by which when going to the admin panel via OurDomain.com/wp-login.php the site gets diverted to scaraori.com and on to their partner site(s), we have resolved this issue by replacing all admin files with new once.

    The question is:
    1. how do we prevent this from happening again
    2. what has happened to cause this
