    Hi Support Team,

    I’m experiencing an issue with the plugin.
    I posted about this yesterday, but it was not in English, so I’m posting again.
    I’m using a translation tool to write this message.

    When I click “Start a new scan”, the scan fails and I receive the following message:

    Scan Failed
    There was an error starting the scan. It’s often caused by the site not being able to make requests to itself, or by the site blocking requests to itself. Wordfence will try up to two times to resume each failed scan stage. If one of those attempts is successful, this scan may recover.

    I tried the “Try starting scans remotely” option mentioned on the troubleshooting page below, but it didn’t resolve the issue:

    Could you please advise on what I can do so that the scan can run successfully?
