Hello! I have several dedicated servers with CentOS. In September, Wordfence scanning stopped working in one of the servers. On all sites with different versions of PHP. I tried all the methods that are on the forums and in the documentation, but nothing has changed. Please, help. Thanks.

Hi @flnadmin,

Do you know if your server has had any changes? For example: a kernel update or a PHP/MySQL update?

Which server stopped scanning? Can you provide the PHP version for that server?

Hello! Thanks for your answer. No any changes in server. PHP version of the server is 5.4, 5.5, 5.6, 7.0, 7.1, 7.2. For all of this versions PHP the scanning dosn`t work 🙁

Can you tell me what error message WordFence displays? (For example, “Scan time limit exceeded”)

I think it’s not your PHP version that’s the issue – it might be some PHP or apache setting that is conflicting with the scan.

I have reseted PHP to default condition, replaced file php.ini from the server, where the scan is working fine. Here is the log:
