    hi how do I fix this?

    /ip-location-block/databases/IP2Location/IP2LOCATION-LITE-DB1.BIN’ does not seem to exist.

    Hi @pj220 ,

    Did you downloaded the databases?

    Please try to download the databases by navigating to the Download database button through: Settings > IP Location Block > Local database settings.

    Let me know if that works.

    Thanks for your reply.

    Yes, I clicked download, but sometimes I notice it does not work and I get error message

    (IPv4)
    “copy_failed_ziparchive Could not copy file.”

    (IPv6)
    “copy_failed_ziparchive Could not copy file.”

    1. Can you verify that you have the PHP zip extension?

    Please put a phpinfo.php file with

    <?php phpinfo(); ?>

    content inside and visit it (eg. https://site.com/phpinfo.php)

    You should see something like this:
    https://prnt.sc/1z2ukjm

    2. Can you make sure your disk space is not reached?
    3. Can you also check the permissions?
