    The scan always not starting.
    Followed every steps on troubleshoot. Still not starts.
    I also sent debug enabled data to wordfence developer email.
    please help.

    Please make sure you have tried suggestions mentioned on “Scan Troubleshooting” guide, if none of these helped, then kill any running scan at the moment and make sure “debug mode” is enabled then run a new scan. When it hangs, send a scan activity log to “alaa [at] wordfence [dot] com”. I’ll take a look on this report and let you know my findings.

    Sending a diagnostics report to the same email address will be helpful too, you can do that from (Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics > Send report by email).
