    We purchased a premium package expecting to receive a reliable plugin. However, after our payment was processed, we found that the account page on the seller’s website became inaccessible for several days. We promptly emailed them screenshots of both the account and login pages, requesting a full refund.

    A few days later, we received a response that reassured us about the stability of their services and confirmed that a refund would be possible if we chose to proceed. We indicated our willingness to go ahead with the refund. However, the seller did not issue the refund or respond to our follow-up inquiry.

    After a few more follow-ups, we received a refund in a reasonable time frame, and we have no issues with the business.

    However, this experience taught us that while we enjoy supporting small businesses, it is wiser to trust more established companies with greater recognition.
