SBPay.me functionality within plugin

    Hey there!

    If I want to use one of SBPay.me add-on for invoicing, would it require me to create (use an already existing simplybook account) or should I create such from the WordPress side during enabling Simplybook.me plugin?

    I mean invoicing features stated below:

    -QuickBooks integration
    -Xero integration
    -FreshBooks integration
    -Zapier integration

    I can see it is stated that it works fine within Simplybook.me system, but I am not sure what will happen if I use that through my wordpress page?

    We need to know the potential pitfalls before using it, since we are trying to switch booking systems and potentially considering WordPress + Simplybook.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    If you already have a SimplyBook.me account, you can connect that existing account when setting up the WordPress plugin. There’s no need to create a separate account specifically for WordPress.

    The payment and invoicing features you mentioned are handled through SBPay/SBPay Pro on the SimplyBook.me side. In your SimplyBook.me dashboard, this can be found under Custom Features → Accept Payments.

    SBPay Pro includes integrations with QuickBooks and FreshBooks, as well as Xero file transfers. You can find more information about these features here:

    Zapier is available as a separate SimplyBook.me integration and can be used to automate workflows based on events such as bookings, payments and invoices.
