sbj; [Theme LightWord] Left / Right Borders

Hi.

I am using LightWord theme.

When viewed on wide displays (especially when also maximized to Full Screen), to the Left, to the Right of page content, by default, there appear wide black borders.

# How do I get these to either not be present, or to be be narrow (width of a few characters only) instead of wide?

# The left (main content) column, the smaller right (links) column stay the same width (size) even when web browser window width is stretched wider, or squeezed narrower. Can this be altered to scale content width as browser width is changed?
