    Hey there,

    Every time I try to export the subscribers list I keep getting a “Failed – Network Timeout” error. Is there a way I can directly download this list another way or from a certain place? The list is large (686) and I’m sure this is part of the reason.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    If the CSV download isn’t working for you then you’ll need to use PHPMyAdmin on your server, accessible via cPanel or similar.

    It is strange though as I’ve just tested and managed to down a list of over 800 without an issue.

    Glad the server sorted itself out, it might have just been a period of heavy load at the time you were downloading the list.
