Hello, @waltdsn
Please make sure you have PHP 7.4 installed on your server (the most stable version at the moment) and all system requirements meet:

If all configurations are correct but the case has not changed, please let us know.
Best regards.
I have exactly the same issue – not resolved so far…
I can change whatever I need to change.
Preview is fine.
I click on save, I get a positive reply.
But I do not see any change on the live site.
If I want to leave the calculator page (Back to calculators) I get a prompt “Are you sure to leave this page?” which indicates to me that there are unsaved items.

Thanks for your answer, unfortunately even with php 7.4 version and all the correct configuration its not saving…
Any ideas ? thanks
Hi, @drizzit @waltdsn
These cases require a more detailed analysis personally on each website from the inside, as there are many third-party factors that can cause such cases.
We can be sure of one thing: the calculator is working correctly, because when previewing in your cases, all styles are displayed, but something is blocking new styles on the front of the website. These can be caching plugins like WPRocket or third-party styling plugins or themes.
By default, everything works correctly, I demonstrated this in the video:

Please, test it by temporarily disabling third-party plugins.
Best regards.
Well, what can I say…
I managed now somehow to add things;
When I saved and refreshed my seperate window, nothing changed.
If I saved, then preview it, then save again – then (most of the times) the changes were displayed. I did not deactivate any plugin, as it was working under some circumstances – nevertheless, not too convenient ;).
A second topic I discovered while playing around; If you add a field, use this field input for generating the total sum and then remove the field…. you need to remove it also manually from the formular, otherwise it will not be displayed on the webpage.
Now I have a different question open, but for this I will open a seperate thread.
Hi, @drizzit
Thanks for your feedback. We will study the cases that you described and, in case of such issues, we will transfer them to the development department for a solution. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Best regards.
I can tell you what was happening – user mistake…
I clicked on save – element was saved but not the whole calculator.
I needed to click twice on save, then all was saved.
Now I know how to work withit ;), was not intuitive to me. Nevertheless,no bug, user error.
Hi, @drizzit
We are glad that this case has been resolved. Please feel free to create a new topic if you have any additional questions.
Best regards.
