Save draft button missing in post/page editor

    In both the post and page editors, the “save draft” button no longer appears. I tried deactivating all plugins and reinstalling WP 3.6. I also tried some of the solutions posted previously but nothing is working.

    I’m using IE10 (Windows 8) but I’ve also tried Firefox 23.0.1 on a Mac and I see the same thing there.

    Any ideas?
