Save button stuck in "Saving…"

First of all, this is a great plugin. Definitely a very much needed feature.

However, when a user clicks on the “Save” button, the button changes to “Saving…” but it never goes back to “Save” or shows any status information that data has been saved successfully. Is this how it is supposed to work?
