Actually, I need to correct this post. I don’t see the Save button in Chrome anymore either. Not sure what has happened.

In Form Options▸Save Progress▸Display clear button we have clicked on YES > update it. Now we have turned it to NO again.
Thanks, have a nice day!
Sorry to report I just checked all the browsers I have on Windows 10 (Chrome, Firefox & Edge) and there still isn’t a Save button at the bottom. I have also checked Safari on my MacBook and nothing. This is after clearing browsing history with each session. As a side note I checked my iPhone and didn’t see the Save button.
Quick question, if I deactivate the plugin, delete it and then reinstall, will I lose any of my data?
Dear Diane,
Could you please clear the cache and test again? Please take a look at this video.
Also, note that we have tested the form ID#10.
Please follow these steps and you will not lose any data: deactivate the plugin, delete it and then reinstall
Thanks in advance, have a nice day!
Dear Diane,
Please while checking make sure that you are logged in. Only logged users can see the Save button.
Thanks in advance!
Well, that makes sense. I didn’t realize that was a requirement. Sorry for the trouble.
Diane
