Subject: Bug Report: Save button in form confirmation not available

    Hello Brainstorm Force Support Team,

I would like to report a bug I encountered in the SureForms plugin.

    Issue:
When editing the “Form Confirmation” settings of a form, the Save button is not visible and the page cannot be scrolled. This makes it impossible to save any changes through the normal interface.

    Steps to reproduce:

    1. Open any form in the SureForms editor
    2. Navigate to the “Form Confirmation” settings tab
    3. Make changes to the success message
    4. Try to save – the Save button is not visible and the page does not scroll

    Workaround:
The only way to save the changes was by running the following command in the browser console:
    document.querySelector(‘button[type=”submit”]’).click()

    Environment:

    • WordPress (latest version)
    • SureForms plugin
    • Theme: Astra
    • Browser: Firefox

I hope this helps you identify and fix the issue. Please let me know if you need any additional information.

    Best regards,
    Peter Stratmann

    Hello @peterstratmann ,

Thank you for reporting this and for sharing the detailed steps.

This is not a bug. In the current UI, changes made inside the Form Settings popup are saved only after you close the popup and click the main Save button of the form editor. The Save button is not shown inside that popup, which can make it a bit confusing.

Here is a screencast demonstrating the correct flow: https://d.pr/v/PP4D2R.

That said, we understand how this can be unclear. To improve the experience, we’ve already made changes in the development version to include a Save button directly within the popup.

Here is a preview from the upcoming version: https://bsf.d.pr/i/IfHOYi.

In the meantime, please use the main Save button in the form editor. Once testing is complete, we will include this improvement in one of our upcoming updates.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

    Best Regards,
    Avinash
