Satellite internet hacked

Hi,

Please excuse me for the different subject, not related to wordpress. But I so much trust your knowledge that I feel I have to ask you!

Here is the story. My clients have a satellite internet. They were abroad for a few weeks. When they came back they found out the DNS name is changed and they don’t have a way to log in and have an internet.

Will you, please, tell me where to go and read/ask in order to find out what happened and how to resolve the problem.

FYI they already called the company to ask, but it turns out they are useless. The company said all is good from their side.
