Sandbox test environment

Hi! I have problem with Sandbox test environment. I used instruction https://help.payadvantage.com.au/hc/en-us/articles/360000478635
But on Step 3. Connect to the Sandbox environment for testing I didnt see Allow Access screen. I have a message “The application could not be loaded. Please contact the application / plugin owner for assistance.”Please help me!
