    On line 384 of your css, you have this:

    #main-menu {
    max-width: 750px;
    }

    Try changing the width to 960px.

    A lot of themes on wordpress.com end up being slightly different. Sometimes theme authors release themes and then abandon them. The team at Automattic has dedicated staff that constantly work on the themes, so the ones at wordpress.com sometimes are different.
