By default a theme uploaded by the super admin is available for all subsites, but I did notice that there is an option to disallow them under ‘super admin’ ‘sites’ and then the subsite of your choice.
What do you mena the site is not opening? Not in the admin or not the site itself?
I can create a new site using super admin… if i use same theme for all multi site ,the site was still
loading …
If i want to change header logo ,it will change for all multi site ..how to manage it

That’s what you ask, one theme for all sites. When you want to make changes per sites, you’ll have to make child themes, meaning, upload the same theme a couple of times with different names and use one theme per site.

Actually it’s simple. You can use one theme for all subsites and when you edit the theme, this goes for all subsites. That’s the way I have set up my network.
Alternally, you can install for example 10 themes (or 10x the same but with a different name) for 10 subsites and edit the themes according to your wishes.
