Same Problem here: Preset Page is blank

    Hi,

    i just installed the plugin and I can’t get to work. The Preset Page keeps blank.
    Latest Plugin installed and WP updated to latest version as well. Can’t provide link, still developing on Localhost.

    Hi @reiffmicha,

    Do you have access to the php error log? There may be a relevant error message in there that could help me identify the issue?

    I’ve got the same problem.
    Even when I try to use the widget, no settings shows.

    It looks like one of the libraries I’m using for the admin area is unsupported for Internet Explorer versions before 11. This makes sense as these versions are not even supported by Microsoft any more.

    I may consider switching libraries in future, but for now I have simply added a message for the unsupported browsers advising users to upgrade.

    If you’re using an old version of Internet Explorer this would explain why it’s not working for you.
