Same header and footer for another wordpress theme

    Hi,

    I have wordpress based theme installed on the main website http://alturl.com/z36aw
    now i have another wordpress installed in subdomain http://alturl.com/w8xn7

    i want to have same header and footer like the main website. Is there any plugin or code i can add to my subdomain wordpress files to get the same header footer like main website?
