    Hi,

I found many topics relationated to my issue, some of them from 2 years ago, but i dindnt find any solution to this yet.

I’m having problems on my website with an incompatibility between an Optin form made with the Divi Theme and LiteSpeedCache.

The problem is that if I don’t purge everything every day, the form stops working on mobile version and my potential clients can’t click the button to send me the form. They click and nothing happens if they visit the page from their mobile (On desktop PC it always work perfectly)

If I purge everything is fine, but the next day I run into the same problem. Any solution? In the “Cache” tab of the LiteSpeed plugin, I have added as “exclusions” the pages where the Optin forms are, and at the moment they seem to work, but I don’t know if this is temporary or if it has fixed my problem forever.

    Many thanks,

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I found a similar topic on the forum, and the person said that he enabled ESI and added _wp* and et* as nonces.

I have restored to default and enabled ESI, don’t know if that will work for me.

I don’t have the URL exclusions anymore in the last change I did, because I restored to default.

Do you need ESI on site? you have functionalities that uses it?

Looking over the page code I see the form is not using Optinforms, but a default Divi contact element.
If you recently added: _wp* and et* as nonces and still testing them, please keep my up to date with results.

I don’t know if I need ESI on my site, the only thing I know is that 2 years ago a guy reported the same issue as me on this forum, a problem with Divi Optin Forms and LSCache on mobile version. And the only thing that worked for him was to enable ESI and to add nonces _wp* and et*.

What did you mean with “the form is not using optinforms?”. I don’t understand, sorry
