Hi there @billygunn111 👋
It used to be sync products for sale in Facebook which is great, but orders is not something that should be syncing to social media.
We do use Point of Sale for till orders and it seems to be these that are going to Facebook. Any ideas?
Thanks for reaching out. I understand that actual store sales are posted on your Facebook page, instead of products that go on sale.
This is odd, let’s figure out why things are not lining up!
Have you already been in touch with the support channel of Point of Sale that is used for till orders?
In order to investigate further, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then click the Copy for support button. You can either paste it in your response here, or use https://pastebin.com/ for pasting it there and sharing it with us (as it provides additional paste settings).
Also, could you please navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and from the dropdown on the right side, please see if there are any logs starting with the words fatal-error.
If so, please select View and copy and paste them into your reply here.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
Hi,
where orders are posting to our Facebook Page
Sorry for asking again, are you referring to the has a new sale message at the top of the screenshot provided? If not, feel free to provide us a screenshot showing the issue, you can redact any sensitive information you would not like to share here.
May I ask if you temporarily disable all plugins except WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce does the issue persist?
You can also use the Meks Quick Plugin Disabler which is a plugin that will remember what plugins you currently have active so it’s easy to switch them back on. Link: https://wordpress.org/plugins/meks-quick-plugin-disabler/
