Sales Dont Register

    Hello,

    When a user purchases something on the website, the sales process completes and the payment is successful, but it does not register as a sale in woo commerce. I cant seem to find out why. Has anyone had this issue?

    Do you mean no order is created?

    What gateway are you using?

    Thanks Mike for your assistance.

    Im using Moneris CA eSelectPLUS Gateway for WooCommerce V1.2.2.

    Yes once a client places an order it goes through Moneris and processes it but the order doesnt show as a sale so my sales charts are at 0.

    Try a different gateway such as BACS. It may be using the wrong order statuses so they are hidden.

    No.

    Do the test in BACS.

    If it works, the gateway (Moneris) is broken and may be using wrong statuses. Nothing you can workaround – it would need fixing in the gateway code.
