SafeMode activated

I keep getting SafeMode activated message even after I have tried to transfer connection or create a new connection. My WordPress account has been set up originally on AWS Lightsail with the IP address 18.168.98.182 and then I have added my domain name beadembroideryart.com . How can I delete my previous 18.168.98.182 account without damaging my new one beadembroideryart.com so I don’t get these duplicated issues anymore?
