Safe to delete multiple adbc_uploads_ folders?

    Plugin: Advanced Database Cleaner Premium

    The wp-content/uploads/ folder has accumulated multiple adbc_uploads_* folders. Can some of these these be safely deleted?

    What is the indicator of the folder that is actually in use by the Advanced Database Cleaner plugin? Would this be the latest “changed date” of a file within the folder structure?

    Please advise…
