Hi @ltribble
It looks like this may be caused due to a theme conflict, or possibly a third-party plugin. I’d recommend the conflict-testing steps here to isolate the source of the issue:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to do the following:
– Temporarily switch your theme back to a default theme, such as Storefront.
– Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce.
– Clear your browser cache, and the cache on your site if you have one there.
– Test to see if the issue has been resolved.
If that resolves the issue, then one-by-one you can switch back your theme and re-enable your plugins, testing in between, until the problem appears again. This will then give you an idea about which plugin is the one causing the conflict.
I have tried to disable all the plugins and swapped to a default theme however the issue still persists, I’m not sure what else to check now
Hi @ltribble. I can see the issue still occurs on your site and that you are using a Divi Child theme. I can also see that you’ve got some caching/security plugins or settings on the site that are affecting the CSS, for example Asset Cleanup. Be sure to deactivate those sorts of extensions as well in your test so that only WooCommerce and a theme such as Storefront are activated.
Hi @ltribble. I hope that you have managed to resolve the issue. If not, please let us know and we can assist with additional troubleshooting.
