s2member custom capabilities e-mail management

Hi

I use s2member pro and currently use s2member 1 with 5 different custom capabilities to manage access.

However, I would like to be able to automatically manage my mailchimp e-mail lists as users join / upgrade membership.

I know that it is possible to automatically migrate between lists when using Levels 0 – 3.

My question:

1. Is there any simple (no coding) method to migrate between lists based on custom capabilities?

2. Could I use membership levels 1 to 3 in conjunction with custom capabilities to manage migration of lists?
