RunPHP on WP 2.1.1

Hi All!
After updating WP to ver. 2.1.1 I have a problem with “RunPHP” plugin:
After posting a comment to page with PHP code inside this page lose the corresponding tag “run php code?” in WP database. Therefore the next reguest will receive corrupted page and visitor can see only my source code… I had no this problem on ver. 2.0.5. I can’t sad anything about ver. 2.0.7 and 2.1.0 – nobody commented my pages in this time 🙂
