Rundown Theme Style Sheet Switcher

I would like to run a javascript style sheet toggle button with this theme but the link id information (<link id=”style1″ rel=”stylesheet” type=”text/css” href=”style.css” />) is not found in the themes header file. I know it is referenced in the funtions.php file but I am wondering how to remove it from functions and force the header.php to link the stylesheet instead? It seems possible.
