Run SQL query

I have an SQL query I have to run after every time POSTIE runs.
It COULD be run every time I load WordPress, it doesn’t take much.
The Query changes the “wp_title” to text out of the post.
Is there a plugin to run code?, or can I add code to the css for the homepage?
