Run different javascript on 3 different pages

    Hi All,
    I am a bit of a newbie so be gentle please!

    I have content protected by a paywall on 3 identical pages triggered by javascript that I am to insert inside my page’s <head> tags. Each paywall is going to be slightly different in terms of price.
    Again the pages are identical, but they just have different URLs. But since the javascript that includes the paywall is different on each of the pages, do I need different templates?
    If so, when I create a page, how do I make it call bring up that template?
