    Well, maybe this time Wordfence will reply me BEFORE writing the ticket as “Resolved”….

    As I told earlier in https://wordpress.org/support/topic/rules-do-not-update-even-manually/
    it is impossible to update rules, automaticallay and manually.

    WF team asked me to send commands, I did it, nothing since that changed (unless the ticket was closed and my further messages ignored).

    If you don’t care of my problem, just tel it and we will be happy to move all our hosted websites to another security system. Thank you 🙂

To pick up from where we were, please email the diagnostic report from Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics (using the “Send Report by Email” button on that page) to wftest @ wordfence . com with your forum username in the subject line. Please also send the output of a fresh curl -v https://noc4.wordfence.com?ticket=ruzakuku to the same address with your forum username in the subject line.
