Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. We have tried to replicate the issue at hand at our development site but all seems to be working fine.
We have products with ‘bikini’ in the link:
Step 1: We want to add the value of shipping label to custom field 0 in our feed:

Step 2: when the link contains bikini the value of the shipping label attribute needs to become ‘whatever’

Step 3: after refreshing the product feed the custom label value for products with bikini in the link looks like this:

So for us all seems to work just fine. Maybe this is caused by the strange characters or maybe the ‘contains’ part of your rule is not correct?

I removed the rule, re-entered … and did nothing …

Try replacing the SKU_ID with product ID and the contains with equals.

Similar for rules, that works fine for us.
First, make sure to add a shipping label mapping to your feed:

Then create the rule like this:
