    You can just submit your site’s RSS feed to the aggregators. You do not have to submit every post.

    that means even new posts will be there in rss site ?

    Yes. Your site’s RSS feed is generated on demand – which means that every time an RSS aggregator requests the feed, it will receive an up-to-date feed file that includes all of your latest posts.
