RSS Plugin and Auto Thumbnail

I am attempting to use this them for a news site i developing. Can anyone recommend a good rss feed plugin to use with this theme? also, I tried one but it did not pull the thumbnail. Its very important to have the pics and thumbnail pulled in the rss feed!!! Suggestions please???
