RSS Feeds showing up as HTML

    Hi

    Yesterday my RSS feeds were working, but not today. The RSS feed for my page as well as for others I have linked are showing hoggibly blob HTML code and they are not readable.

    Any suggestions? I have deactivated all plugins. I have also deleted the theme and re-added. I also tried another theme with the same result.

    It was working yesterday.

    Have you changed anything between yesterday and today?

    Is this the built-in WP feed or a Feedburner feed?

    Have you tried adding a new post? Maybe it was something specific to one particular post?

    Thanks for the response, zoonini. Finally after disabling all the plug-ins and reloading the template, I finally tried going into another browser and that cleared things up (why I am not sure…other than the “bad” page was cached).

    I am now trying to load the plug-ins back in one by one…each time I make a change checking the RSS feed. I think one of the plug-ins and or one of the settings I used is at fault and the not clearing the browser didn’t allow a correction even after I deactivated it. Hopefully it won’t happen again.

    I really appreciate your help. I think of myself as technically challenged. So, while I am learning, I have a long way to go. People are so helpful, I can’t even tell you have much have I learned since starting my blog simply because of people responding to my cries fo help on these types of forums…so thanks!
