RSS feed skip posts with no excerpt

I am wondering if it’s possible to have the WP RSS feed SKIP a post if there is no excerpt (instead of taking a sample from the full post).

In other words, the RSS Feed would only be comprised of posts with excerpts. Any other posts would not be included in the RSS Feed. If this is possible, I’d love to have advice on how to set this up. Forgive me if this has been asked before but I couldn’t find it.
