RSS Feed on Comments Page

Can anyone tell me how to remove the RSS Feed feature.
I tried deleting it from the wp-comments.php but its still there.
I’m a newbie at php if you can’t tell.
I want to remove both of these lines/options from the comments page:
RSS feed for comments on this post.
