• Hi Support, we are using Feedburner to take the RSS feed from the site and feed it into Mailchimp for bi weekly news updates. Tis has recently stopped working but we’ve not changed anything.

I’ve done some searches on Google and in this forum but can’t find an answer.

    Any advice please?

    Thanks, Alan

A critical server-side error occurs when accessing the feed. The reason for the error should be visible in the error log. You can find it in your hosting area. If necessary, the support of your hosting can help you.

Alternatively, you could also enable debugging in WordPress. How to do this is described here: https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/debug/debug-wordpress/ – also here the support of your hosting can help you if necessary to edit the file accordingly.

In both cases you should be able to see what the cause is in the logfile.

Hi support, we did get the errors list an dour hosting support have been amazing. It turned out the upgrade from PHP7.4 to 8.3 caused the issue. It’s now solved.

Thanks again for your help, Alan
