Rows import not complete – debug

Hi, Tobias. I read your plugin support forum and found some articles about this topic. I understand, that if there is an problem with not complete import, the cause is in missing resources or memory. But how can I debug the specific cause – PC, server, hosting … ? I’m very interested in TablePress plugin use, but my dataset (.csv) has 8600 rows … and the result of my import is 1200 🙁 Thanx in advance, Duski.
