Routes not being registered

    Hi guys!

    After upgrading WP to 4.0, all Nextgen slugs (rewrites) stopped working for no apparent reason, there are no errors anywhere.

    I have a page with Nextgen shortcode that correctly generates list of galleries, but all gallery links lead to 404 WP error.

    Moreover, thumbnails are now trying to use “dynamic” mode with nextgen-image slug, and it’s not working as well. If you open a gallery in Admin – you still see regular (not cropped on fly) thumbnails fine.

    Any ideas? Maybe it’s something trivial?

    Everything else is working fine in our WP, only Nextgen stopped working properly.

    Would you mind, confirming for us that error persists after:

    – disable all browser extensions/plugins/or add-ons
    – Temporarily switching to WordPress default theme > clear browser cache & reload your site
    – Deactivate all plugins (including NextGEN Gallery) > clear browser cache > re-activate NextGEN Gallery only & reload your site

    Do any of those action steps help? I know this can be a big inconvenience, we’re very sorry – but since this is not happening for everyone, this does help tell us if there is a plugin/theme conflict. Or a browser related issue.
