Rotator problems?

Hi I don’t know why this happened, but I added a rotator button onto my blog and at first it did not appear and then I uploaded the code with FTP. Afterward the button showed up but so did this Message ……..

It took the place of the photo that came with the place also I ended up with a second error message underneath the button that says….

Error, no group_id specified! Check your syntax or contact an administrator! when you click on this message it takes you to the page that is associated with the button above it.
