you can try this, but the best way is to roll back backup copy you should have made prior to upgrading.
You can also
try this plugin:

Read its FAQ and description prior installing,
and this article: https://make.wordpress.org/support/2020/12/handling-potential-jquery-issues-in-wordpress-5-6/

Good Day!
For some reason WordPress Updated Automatically. I distinctly remember having my site set up to manually be updated specifically because of problems such as this. But, I also know I have had a few website designer’s working on my site since then who may have selected otherwise. Either or since this WordPress 5.6 Update, my footer and header contents have disappeared, the slideshow/wheel for my store has disappeared and a few other issues.
I’m not as tech savvy as I’d like to be and need this done as soon as possible, as soon as I’m able. I just need to know how I can revert this update. Can someone please give me direct instructions on how to downgrade from this WordPress 5.6? I will read into what has already been given as solutions but would also like to know if the plugin Updraft Plus can do the trick; its a plugin that I already have.
My Best,
Max
Hello Max.
I did what Yui suggested (I used this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-downgrade/) and downgraded WordPress to the previous version.
Right now, I working with Thrive Themes for a solution for its plugin. Maybe you can do the same with the providers of your plugins.
Regards,
Also, I do apologize if my asking for help is redundant or in the wrong area.
My Best,
Max
After following all directions for WP Downgrade, for some reason it will not downgrade….
Until I get a better solution, I think I’m going to try restoring within Bluehost
