1) go to the plugin folder, open uninstall.php and delete the code, then save it.
2) export the forms from Wp > tools > export (just in case you lose your forms)
2) deactivate and delete the plugin from WP backend
3) come here to the plugin “advanced view” page, grab the previous version to your desktop. Then upload it to WP as usual.
Could I just upload the older plugin and then Replace the current with the uploaded?
I used this WP Rollback plugin which was very easy to use & allowed me to roll back to 5.32 in one click. Highly recommend.
I agree with megseoh, use the WP Rollback plugin, quick and easy, no uploading files, just pick the version to roll back to, reactivate CF7 and its done. Highly recommend.
