Role Manager / roles changes not saved

    Dear Support,
    the change in Role settings for role created by Ultimate Member plugin is not saved. If I have changes for others roles, the updates work.

    Do you have any idea what could be cause of the issue?

    Thank you for contacting the support.

    It seems like they would need to add support for the Rank Math plugin like they added for the WooCommerce:

    Could you please open a new support topic with them and request for it?

    Otherwise, you can use Rank Math’s in-built Role Manager feature:

    Hi,
    thanks for reply. I open the same issue with UM as well.

    I am using Rank Math’s in-built Role Manager role already. Saving the changes in Rank Math’s in-built Role Manager for role created by UM doesnt work.

    Maybe you can ask the plugin developers to add support for the Rank Math plugin as well.

    I will. So you tried with UM plugin, and doesnt work as well?

    To reproduce error:
    1. Create role in UM
    2. Go to RM Role Manager. Select any field in the UM role and save it.
    3. After Save the field is not checked any more.

    Yes, we were able to reproduce the error. You might want to get in touch with the plugin developer as the following plugin works fine when creating a new role:
